How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs 5000. For orders under Rs 5000 flat-rate shipping options are calculated at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Bank Deposit.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it at needify.pk1@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can click that link anytime to view real-time status updates.
What is your return policy? / How long do exchange take to process?
We do not offer cash refunds; we only provide product exchanges. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. To process your exchange, you must provide a clear video showing the unboxing or the damaged product. Once verified, we will issue an exchange within 3–5 business days at no extra cost.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if an item is damaged or defective. We will send a replacement free of charge!
