1. Delivery Areas & Rates

  • State clearly that you ship all across Pakistan.

  • State your standard delivery fee (for example: Rs. 200 flat delivery fee on all orders).

  • Mention if you offer Free Shipping above a certain amount (for example: Free Shipping on orders over Rs. 5,000).

2. Order Delivery Time (Standard for Pakistan)

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2 to 4 working days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days.

  • Mention that orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Processing & Verification

  • Explain that once an order is placed, your team may call or send a WhatsApp message to confirm the order details before dispatching.

  • Mention that parcels are dispatched through reliable courier partners (e.g., Leopard, TCS, Trax, CallCourier).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

  • State that Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

  • Instruct customers to keep the exact total cash amount ready for the rider upon delivery.

  • Remind customers that courier riders are not allowed to open parcels before receiving full payment.

5. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Explain that a tracking number/link will be shared via SMS or Email/WhatsApp once the parcel is dispatched.

  • Instruct customers on what to do if a delivery fails (e.g., if the rider cannot reach them, the courier will attempt redelivery within 24–48 hours).
